Readz enterprise plans are custom plans backed by advanced security, custom traffic scaling, global CDN, guaranteed uptime, and much more.

Readz Enterprise plans include:

  • enterprise packages start with 10 users and can be scaled to include unlimited users
  • enterprise packages start with 10 domains and 40 projects and can be scaled to include unlimited users

Security and compliance
Readz is hosted in AWS, giving us access to the benefits they provide their customers such as physical security, redundancy, scalability and key management. In addition to the benefits provided by AWS, our application has additional built in security features:
  • Single Sign-On (capabilities vary based on subscription tier)
  • Role based permissions
  • Free SSL certificate
  • Daily backups (enterprise plans)
  • Single sign on (SSO). Secure logins across your organization SSO support (available now for select customers).
Included in Readz enterprise
  • Custom security header configuration. Set up custom security headers to prevent activities like cross-site scripting attacks, iframe embedding, and other domain level security issues.
  • Payment via purchase order. We’ll send you invoices and let your accounting team pay by ACH.
  • Master services agreement. We’ll work with your team to set custom terms and conditions that meet your organization’s legal requirements and procurement needs.
Performance and reliability
  • Traffic burst support. We’ll ensure your site is ready for any surges in traffic that come our way.
  • Uptime SLA. We’ll guarantee both Readz and your hosted projects stay up and running with an uptime SLA of 99,99%.
  • Global uptime monitoring. Regular monitoring of your site from global endpoints, along with priority support for any incidents that may occur.
  • Advanced DDoS protection. Built-in protection from domain denial of service (DDoS) attacks powered by AWS Shield Advanced.
Dedicated support
Onboarding and customer success. We’ll provide tailored onboarding videos and one on one sessions for your team, including training, design system setup, and best practices advice.
  • The premium Enterprise support team is here to answer you within 4 hours on average
  • Integration consultation and services. Our solutions team will help work through technical questions and create proof of concepts.
  • Quarterly reviews. Dedicated Customer Success Specialists will meet quarterly to review your projects and provide guidance for optimization and best practices to ensure a good online experience.
  • Only using Readz for a part of a website? Work with our team to configure your web pages and serve pages from your Readz projects on your root domain.
