This short video will show you how to get in touch with the Readz support team when you have questions about building, publishing, formatting, and so on on the Readz platform. So, when we're in our dashboard, we can find a little mail icon in the top right-hand corner. If you click on this, your message center will open. If we'd like to contact support, I'll click on the click here to message Readz support. Below, I can add a publication or email for reference.

Then, simply type your message here in the box. Hello, just trying this out. And send message will send it on. Now, someone from the Readz support team will get back to you as soon as possible. When a member of support replies to you, you'll see a little pop up in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen. And a little notification in the top right-hand corner by the mailbox icon. When I click on that, it'll open up my conversation and I can continue talking like a chat.
