Selecting elements
  1. Left-click on element to select it
  2. Shift+left-click to multi-select other elements
Updating text
  1. Double left-click on a textbox element
  2. Control+A to select existing text, and Control+C to paste in copied text and overwrite existing text

Updating image
  1. Double left-click on an image element
  2. Project Media Library to upload and replace images (more info)
  3. Images should be .jpg .png or .gif format
  4. Be optimized for the web (more info)
Moving elements
  1. While element is selected...
  2. Hold down left-click and move mouse to drag
  3. Keyboard arrow keys to move element up, down, left, or right
  4. Layout panel to change X and Y positions
  5. “Arrange elements” option to align elements to the page

Resizing elements
  1. When element is selected…
  2. Mouse-over sides of element and left-click to drag sides
  3. Mouse-over corners of element and left-click to drag corners to resize both sides
  4. “Arrange elements” option to resize selected elements to chosen element

Copying and pasting elements
  1. When the element is selected…
  2. CONTROL+C (command+C for OSX) to copy element
  3. CONTROL+V (command+V for OSX) to paste element. Can be pasted on the same page, a different page, and on a different page on a different project.
  4. Save elements as module (more info)

Deleting elements
  1. When element is selected…
  2. Backspace on keyboard to delete
  3. Trash can in “arrange element” options

Naming elements When element is selected…
  1. Open Index panel and find highlighted element.
  2. Mouse over the highlighted element in the list and click on the pencil icon to edit name.
Hiding elements To hide from display...
  • Open index list and find element. Click on the element in the list and click the eye-icon until it appears as a closed eye-icon. This element is now hidden, only on the device you’re viewing though. Does not automatically hide this element on the other devices.
To make completely transparent, but keeps element on display
  • Select the element. Open “element style” and set element opacity to 0%. The element will stay displayed but the content will be completely transparent.
Showing elements To display an element that is hidden...
  • Open index list and find element. Click on the element in the list and click the eye-icon until it appears as an open eye-icon. This element is now shown, only on the device you’re viewing though. Does not automatically show this element on the other devices.
To make completely opaque
  • Select the element. Open “element style” and set element opacity to 100%.
Changing page background images
  1. Select the “page background” option that appears in the left-side toolbar.
  2. Under “Background Image” section, click “Change Image”.
  3. Upload the image from your computer.
